I've spent more than two decades turning ideas into TV shows, films, and stories that people carry with them long after the screen goes dark. Not because the production was expensive or the ratings were high, but because the work meant something.

After studying at the Columbia Academy of Radio, Television, and Recording Arts in Canada, I came home to Indonesia with one conviction: that our stories deserve the same quality as anything on the global stage. That belief shaped everything I've done since as a Showrunner, Director and Film Producer.

Some of the work you might know. Indonesian Idol, The Voice Indonesia, Dangdut Academy, where we took a genre many people dismissed and gave it a stage so grand that the whole country started listening differently. Stand Up Comedy Indonesia, which began as a quiet experiment on Kompas TV with small ratings but enormous resonance, and eventually grew into a movement that gave a generation of Indonesians a voice to speak truth through laughter.

Along the way, I've had the privilege of directing the SEA GAMES 2011 Opening and Closing Ceremonies, serving as a judge for the International Emmy Awards, the Asian Television Awards, and the MTV Movie Awards, and learning from every single one of those experiences.

But the work I'm most proud of isn't measured in trophies or numbers. It's measured in the comedian who went from an open mic in a small cafe to performing for millions. The dangdut singer from a village who became a household name. The moments where quality production didn't just entertain, it changed how people saw themselves and their culture.

Today, as CEO of VIP Emtek and Amadeus Sinemagna, I lead a team creating TV show, feature films and original series for the streaming era. The platforms have changed, but the principle hasn't: make work that matters, with the highest standard you can bring to it.

I believe the best proposal is always your work itself. And that stories born from the heart will always find their way to the heart.
